Today I went for a jog with my whole family except ain.
She's still stuggling her self up at Unimap.Huahuahua....*evil laugh*

I completed 7 laps of olympic size track ..
Quite an achievement..
Have not brisk walk or even jog for ages..

And, I hope I could continue...
