Torn

Sometimes kalau rasa miserable dan rasa semua serba tak kena, rasa nak annoyed dengan orang, that is a sign that I haven't make a truce with myself. Bukan manusia yang lagi satu yang punya punca, tapi diri sendiri. I repeat, diri sendiri. Sigh.

It's complicated though.
Happiness comes from within.
Padahal, I'm living looking from outside -> inside
It should be inside -> outside

Make peace with yourself.
It's okay to make mistakes.

It didnt help much thinking of how stupid you are.
That makes you become even miserable. Sigh.

I need coffee.
Ughh. But I'm on a policy of one cup per day. Only.
You cannot rely your happiness on a cup of coffee.Sure. Who would've do that. I did. Before I knew that coffee is not that good for health. Not the pure coffee, but the one with creamer and etc. The instant.
See, instant stuff is never good. Never.
Maybe I should opt for green tea. Eeeuuww..

I should do something.
No more trying.
