So cheesy




























This is how it looks like...haha~
Second batch punya blueberry cheese tart. Buat last sunday. Yang buat untuk open house sudah sold out. Made about 120++   piece rasanya. Then my cousin yang gila cheese tart tapau bawak balik rumah. Kesian dia, dah lama mengidam. Sampai-sampai rumah masa open house last saturday, terus serbu cheese tart.Haha~

Lepas tu adik No.3 paksa aku buat lagi sebab dia tak sempat nak makan.

Resepi? Google je. Melambak-lambak dalam internet. Tapi, pastikan the dough for crust tak terlampau keras. It should be lembut . Kalau too much tepung akan buat crust keras and become biscuit-like.Oh, rest the dough for 30 minutes in fridge to make the crust more crunchy.Dah macam blog masakan lah pulak kan.Haha~Oh, bab menghias atas that tarts aku tak mahir sangat. So, it's a bit messy i guess. Kena belajar lagi nih.

Ala, kak pija takde buat salah pun ....hahaha
Kalau nak cheese tart, meh la dtg beraya ke rumah esok.ada open house lagi...
